RETURN POLICY

At LADIESSTREET, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the return process simple, transparent, and supportive.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Items must be free from makeup stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage.
  • Original packaging should be included whenever possible.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, promotional, and product integrity reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Accessories, jewelry, lingerie, bodysuits, or swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned worn, damaged, washed, or altered
  • Products missing original tags

LADIESSTREET reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

To request a return, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for return

Once approved, our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order after your return request has been approved.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

7. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as LADIESSTREET cannot guarantee responsibility for lost return parcels.

8. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after the processing timeframe:

  • Please recheck your bank or payment account.
  • Contact your payment provider or bank.
  • Allow additional processing time before contacting support.
